@AlphaFierceDad I do those the exact same way lol. The last 6 inches of that press is all chest for me as I tilt and touch the dumbbells at the top. I feel zero tricep involvement. It’s all chest squeeze and I almost cramp every time lol

Chest day is always fun. Only thing I was going to point out is at the top of the rep is that I like to tilt the weight out a little so that I can get a tighter squeeze at the very top.
