We are SO PROUD to have unanimously ratified an incredible first contract with @nyguild last week. Now that the ink has dried, we can’t wait to share what we fought for and won! (bit.ly/2EFKiEY): 1/

As @TheAtlantic prepares for #TAF24, the company won’t agree to core protections in our contract. There's a gulf between the values that The Atlantic espouses onstage and what it’s willing to give its employees. We'll be at the festival, fighting for a fair contract.

This morning, the Daily News Union sent an open letter to NYPD brass, demanding an apology for @NYPDDaughtry's attempt to intimidate our police bureau chief following an @NYPDnews presser last week.

In 2021, the New Yorker Union ratified our first contract, enshrining just cause, wage increases, and other historic improvements to our labor conditions. Now, the terms of that agreement have expired—including our labor-peace provision. We once again have the right to strike.
