@MailchimpStatus @mandrillapp having issues with our service since Friday and have multiple failed transactions. This seems to be happening far to often recently and no #Status updates. Anyone else? Please don't tell me the raise a ticket because you don't respond for days anyway

@MailchimpStatus Yes sure thing, I have sent you a DM 5:28 yesterday and again 8:15am, no response. I've had two live chats, no one is helping me. I've now got two support tickets open and still no response.
