A night of attacks in #Odesa reportedly killed 2 people & injured 12, including a child, and damaged a maternity hospital & 3 educational facilities.

Kindergarten 480 in #Kyiv was damaged in an attack. With support from 🇩🇪 UNICEF rapidly repaired it.

Tragically, today, a child was reportedly killed in Ivano-Frankivsk with others injured across #Ukraine amid large-scale attacks.
From west to east, no child is safe. Schools, hospitals & homes are also reported damaged.
Children & the services they rely on must be protected.

Glad to meet the new head of @UNICEF_UA – Anne-Claire Dufay. We discussed our collaboration on numerous humanitarian projects: the School Nutrition Reform, the All-Ukrainian mental health program @HowareuProgram, devices for educational use, “Schools of Superheroes” in children’s hospitals, youth spaces “12–21,” support for large foster families, and much more. I’m grateful to UNICEF for its reliable partnership in creating a better present and a safe future for Ukrainian children.

After the war broke out, 16-year-old Tymofii moved from #Ukraine to Poland so he can continue studying.
As the war enters its fifth year, he yearns to go back home and be with friends and family again.
