Every company needs a specialized Orchestration Layer for Closing Tickets. We built @wisnots on a simple thesis… Pay per outcome. Pay per closed ticket. Pay per closed run. Pay per entered information. We give you the infrastructure to do that. Pay per outcome is the model.

AI-Native Service Companies @gustaf The total spend on services is many times larger than the spend on software, and a lot of those services are already outsourced, which makes them easier to replace with an AI-native product. We're excited about companies that don't sell a tool to help you do the work: they just do the work.

@aymanalabdul Hey @aymanalabdul we can do it… we build an Orchestration Plattform and deploy it for customers in the beginning. Pay per outcome. 😊 started in Customer Operations but available for all companies departments in operations. Can’t hit you up but if interesting let’s talk.

Getting requests from clients for real AI implementation partners. All I'm finding are Vibe Code Bros or Zapier shops. I want firms that: • Diagnose the actual business problem • Bring PMs + Product + AI talent • Build + integrate into real workflows • Care about security and stability • Ship and iterate Who’s best in the world at this?

AI has stopped being a feature and started being the foundation. We're excited about a new wave of startups rebuilding software, services, and silicon— and pushing AI into the physical world. ycombinator.com/rfs

We have raised our pre-seed round for @wisnots . It is still day one. But we now have the backing to keep building what we believe should exist: A better way for companies to understand operations and automate real work. Grateful to everyone who believes in us early.

@tobzzad @wisnots @tobzzad Congrats on the pre-seed round! Motion is huge for early-stage startups to explain the product quickly. Are you looking for high-end UI animations for the app or more of a punchy brand sizzle reel?

@tobzzad @wisnots For early-stage startups, motion should focus on explaining the product clearly first. Are you looking for demo-style videos or more brand/launch content?

@tobzzad @wisnots I’m a motion graphics designer and this sounds right up my alley. I specialize in clean, high impact visuals perfect for startups that want to stand out early. Would love to help you build something strong for @wisnots.

Support teams don’t need another AI tool to manage. @wisnots They need fewer tickets touching humans. WISNOTS works inside the existing support stack and automates support ticket workflows end-to-end. Pricing is based on closed tickets. Pay for resolved work. Not software access. wisnots.com

From Insight to Impact (Process Intelligence in practice) for startups & other companies 📧 Chapter 3 Process Mining only creates value when it changes outcomes. Chapter 3 is a playbook for turning findings into targeted automation, AI assisted decisioning, and durable process governance, so improvements stick and compound. Why teams stall on automation (and how to avoid it) Most companies invest in automation but stay disappointed because they automate blindly in fragmented landscapes. RPA, while useful for simple data entry, is brittle: when upstream steps change, bots break, so you “do the wrong thing faster.” In 2023, 58% of surveyed firms used RPA; the guidance is to be strategic about where and why you automate. Implication for scale-ups: start with evidence backed candidates (steps with clear delay/defect cost), not with tools. Use mining first to test whether automation is the right lever AT ALL. How AI makes Process Mining actionable A Process Intelligence Platform feeds AI with process level context (objects, events, causal paths) so AI can move from generic answers to process aware recommendations. This Highlights two roles: Predictive AI: flags likely breaches and root causes before they happen. Generative AI (NLP): lets users ask questions (“Give me three working capital fixes”) and get specific, operational answers. Together, they enable continuous monitoring and optimization of automation projects, not just one off fixes. The platform shape that actually works Think of a Process Intelligence Platform as the operational brain: it unifies Process Mining, Task Mining, modeling, automation, and AI on top of your system data. Example: link object centric event logs with standardized process knowledge, your process “fingerprint” for impact and governance. Execution loop you can copy tomorrow Prioritize by business pain. Use mining to quantify the cost of delay/rework at specific steps; shortlist candidates with outsized KPI Choose the right lever. Standardize, streamline, or automate. Don’t default to automation. If automation, specify what, when, and who owns drift. Design with AI in the loop. Pair predictive signals (risk of breach, likely non payment, etc.) with generative guidance (next best action, playbooks). Instrument value. Track realized impact and keep optimizing; the chapter stresses ongoing monitoring and optimization of automation initiatives, driven by AI that adapts over time. Bake into governance. Roll improvements into process design & policies so teams adopt the “new normal” (catalogs, responsibilities, compliance). the end...
