Truly heartbroken this week with the passing of one of the greats. Ben was my mentor, my campmate & most significantly my friend. I’ll miss our midnight what’s app chats, I’ll miss swapping hilarious stories and I’ll do my absolute best to honour his legacy every single day. 💔

My 💙! I will miss you and your blue eyes every single day. In his final huddle with @ubmhc_ he said to them ‘Don’t be sad it’s over, smile because it happened’. I’ve been thinking about this sentence since he passed. Ben always knew what, when and how to say it 💔 @mrbendudley
