@SwannMarcus89 Yeah, I can’t even watch network shows anymore. The last ones I watched were Seinfeld and Friends. i guess cartoons like the Simpsons, South Park and Family Guy still stand the test of time?

The only shows that were better under the old television model were sitcoms because they were only 22 minutes long and didn’t cost anything to make

Once in a while someone will say “man I wish TV shows still had 26 episodes a season and came out annually” because they remember like the 4 good network dramas from the 2000s and ignore that everything else was slop
Do you think we watched the 12th CSI spinoff because we wanted to? Do you think we had a choice and said “I’m excited to see what happens on Law and Order: Animal Control Unit this fine Tuesday evening?”

@jon_m_rob Goose’s jams are really good and their covers are top notch, but they have gotten more pop-sounding and boring in my opinion. OTOH, Geese keeps growing on me and the band is really young and unique.

@lxeagle17 Celebrini is better defensively, more of a true 200 foot player. I’d take Celebrini if given the choice since he’s arguably a top ten player in the league already.

@SwipaCam @BKDenverSports Did you ever see any tape of T.R. Dunn? Was on the 80s teams and didn’t need to score when you had English, Issel, Lever and others. Johnson is bigger and (normally) a better shooter, but Johnson is the best wing defender since at least Gary Harris.

Per Synergy, Cam Johnson is only allowing opponents pick and roll ball handlers to score 0.58 points per possession (which is elite).
Cam is also only allowing 0.80 points per possession as an isolation defender so far this season.
A big reason for the Nuggets #2 defense.

@TeamZissou @howe2cher @SteveKornacki The discontent is basically with Schumer? Jeffries and other congressional leaders. It doesn’t extend to the average elected official (whether federal or state). And there is absolutely motivation among Dems and Dem-leaning indies to vote.

it has been a little funny to see folks arguing, allegedly totally seriously, that the NFL needs cheerleaders because they make men horny, but if there are male cheerleaders, that's bad, because they don't make men horny.

@RachelBitecofer Agree on these two issues. No evidence that the party needs to move right on abortion, guns or marriage equality. And increasing legal immigration probably would do okay. But those two issues are extremely salient.

We need candidates that can say illegal immigration is bad and that only biological women should be allowed to compete in sports.

@TroyRenck It's a shame. I like Marquez/Senzatela but they throw straight meatballs down the middle of the plate. Freeland tries but he just isn't much better than a 3 or 4. Should have traded McMahon last year. Honestly, it started crumbling with the Arenado move and it isn't any better

All of the franchise failures intersected this season. An aged rotation of fifth starters, no vets with power, key injuries, and painfully few prospects despite being terrible for six years. It’s is system wide issue. Demands full accounting. But accountability not really #Rockies thing
