Well, @UPS apparently opening an account and adding instructions "deliver to front door" doesn't mean anything. Either that or your driver thinks I live in a trash can. PS @HomeDepot this is what UPS thinks of your packages and your customers. 🤦🏻‍♂️ #CustomerService

@toddfoxauthor @UPS @HomeDepot UPS does not care. I've been posting about my saga and issues for days. Their advice was for me to drive an hour to pick up my packages from them. I think they completely missed the point of being a delivery service.

This is anecdotal, but I grew up in Detroit. My father was a city worker, and most of my friend's dads were blue-collar. I was the oldest and was told in no uncertain terms that college was not an option. I went into the trades. Apprentice tool and die maker, specifically a grinder hand. I segued into the business side after a time and built a solid record of being good and business development. 38 years later, I have no regrets.
