@DevinOlsenn About two seconds before the crash, FSD went from active to unavailable. At the same time, there was a counter clockwise torque on the steering wheel. Could be that the driver accidentally disabled FSD by turning the wheel without realizing it.

@edgecase411 The difference is that humans may do this once, but the next time they remember and they apply this lesson to other similar situations. FSD needs retraining.

One critical area where FSD needs improvement is timing at high speeds. Human eyes are really good at seeing really far into the distance and anticipating many seconds ahead.
Fortunately nothing bad happened here but FSD puts itself in risky situations and events like these should be reported back to the mothership.

While overtaking, the lane narrows, so FSD cancels the move. So natural.👏
