6 years apart! Excited for the growth Luke and discipline Luke has shown. He’s never been a follower; always been a trend setter and a leader. Jumping straight into AAU after a long high school season is both unsafe & irresponsible. Programs that truly care about the mental and physical health of their players understand this. Rest & recovery are essential for real growth. Basketball should challenge athletes - but it shouldn’t be a nonstop, year-round marathon.

As an AD, I often remind parents that attraction and recruiting are not the same.
Attraction is when the culture, development, and reputation of your program make athletes want to come.
Recruiting is when you have to go convince and offer them something to come.
When you build something people want to be part of you don’t have to recruit.
