This video out of Ontario is absolute chaos. The provincial government has been aggressively shutting down supervised safe consumption sites to force a strict abstinence only model. But as you can see, closing the clinics didn't make the addiction problem disappear, it just pushed the crisis directly onto the public sidewalks.

Watching people in the comments be so uneducated and easily swayed is rediculous. This isn't "man today was hard" so they walk in and get euthenized. Its not one of the leading causes of death because people are sick of rent prices. Its people miserable with incurable illness or about to die being given a more peaceful way out.
