30 tips to drop 15 pounds in the next 30 days: 1. Eat the frog first. If you struggle to consistently hit your workouts, do it 1st thing in the morning. 2. Leverage positive peer pressure by surrounding yourself with fit people. 3. Stop having a drink at the end of the day to “wind down”. Minimizing alcohol is one of the easiest ways to cut excess calories. 4. Eat as much fruit as you want. One entire watermelon is only 1360 calories. Fruit is nearly impossible to overeat. 5. Minimize liquid calorie sources like soda, cooking oils, and Starbucks "coffee". Liquid calories are easy to overeat and do not keep you full. 6. Focus less on seed oils, meal timing, or macros when starting your weight loss journey. Focus on eating more protein & less calories. 7. Eat more beef jerky. Beef jerky is high in protein and can be found almost anywhere. Snacking on beef jerky is one of the easiest healthy default actions someone can build. 8. Protein is the most satiating macronutrient. Eat more protein to stay fuller, and longer. 9. Remove junk food from your pantry. When there is a barrier between you and junk food, it’s harder to overeat junk food. 10. Track your steps. The average American walks 3.5k steps/ day. Walking 8k-10k steps/ day is one of the easiest ways to lose fat fast. 11. Ditch the old-school rule of “eat until the plate is empty.” Instead, stop eating when you’re full. 12. Stop calling yourself "fat" "lazy" or "piece of sh*t". If you want to change, you must change your self-identity. 13. Read menus before you go to restaurants and keep your fridge stocked with lean meats, fruits, and vegetables. Failure to prepare is preparing to fail. 14. Keep Fairlife protein shakes in stock at all times. Easy-to-access protein is the best replacement for high-calorie snacks. 15. Do not sit for longer than 8 hours/ day. Excessive sitting hurts your posture, metabolism, and mood. Invest in a standing desk. And take short walks or stretch between tasks. 16. Eat slower to allow time for the satiety hormone (leptin) to release in your body. This tells your body when you're full. 17. Stop mindlessly scrolling TikTok before bed. The blue light from screens makes it harder to fall asleep and stay asleep. 18. Stop doing diets that have a name. The only “diet” you should do is the one you can sustain. 19. Take Creatine. Creatine improves cognitive function & muscular performance. 20. Drink diet soda, black coffee, or sparkling water - these are great appetite suppressants. 21. Eat 0.8-1g of protein per pound of body weight for optimal satiety, muscle growth, & fat loss. 22. Turn your thermostat to 68 degrees or lower to sleep better at night. Poor sleep increases your hunger hormones during the day, making it harder to lose fat. 23. Magnesium, mouth tape, and blue light-blocking glasses are 3 of the highest ROI investments you can make into your sleep quality. 24. Stop doing boring treadmill cardio. Go on a hike with a friend or walk while you’re taking work calls. Stacking cardio with other activities is a high ROI. 25. Consider unfollowing accounts that promote “ancestral” style dieting. Many of these accounts use fear-based marketing to sell supplements that are unnecessary to improve your health. 26. Invest financially into your health. Due to the commitment & consistency principle, you are far more likely to transform your health by doing so. 27. Constantly wearing running shoes weakens your feet, core, and lower back. Only wear running shoes when absolutely necessary. 28. Don’t drink a gallon of water/ day. Instead, consume more sodium. Sufficient sodium allows your body to use water more effectively. 29. The quantity of your food affects how you look. The quality of your food affects how you feel. 30. Tell 3 people your goals. A Public Social Commitment is one of the best psychological hacks that makes you more likely to follow through.

Everyone needs to follow this man. it is a delicious story of twitter acting against those with overinflated egos and who take delight in picking on the little person.

20,000 followers. You lovely, crazy people. As Harry Bosch says, everyone counts or no one counts. I want to thank every single one of you for putting two fingers up to those who forget that. But, most of all, thanks to Nadine xx
