We built an AI sales team inside Claude Code that produced $7.83M in qualified pipeline for one client. Zero new hires. Six specialists, the same roles you'd hire for a real revenue team: → Strategy: scans your site, defines the ICP, scores every account out of 100 → Signals: watches for funding rounds, SDR hires, new CROs, competitor tools → Data: pulls verified contacts at the accounts that clear the bar → Copy: writes the email off the signal it caught → Execution: sends the emails, LinkedIn messages, follow-ups → System: connects the five so one conversation runs the whole motion Each one is a plain text file anyone on your team can edit. Here is how to setup and run the whole thing yourself (we're giving the exact repo away): 1. Get the skills Drop the GTM skills repo into Claude Code, or download it as a zip. You get an orchestrator plus 52 sub-skills: 9 for Clay, 9 for signals, plus cold email, LinkedIn ads, LinkedIn content, list building, n8n, email copywriting, sales triggers, and SDR setup. 2. Load your knowledge The skills sit in two layers. Master skills on top route every request to the right specialist. Reference files underneath hold what your company knows: your templates, your scoring rules, the signals you track. When something changes, swap one file. No code. 3. Run the one prompt Open Claude Code inside the Claude app and point it at your site: "Scan my website and figure out my ICP and the type of companies I want to target. Build a list of actions, then walk me through creating personalized outbound campaigns that track the right signals. After that, give me content ideas we can post on LinkedIn." 4. Let it score and tier your accounts It defines your ICP, builds a scoring model where every lead is scored out of 100, then pulls the target accounts and tiers them. Our run: 100 companies in, 26 tier 1, 7 tier 2, 67 excluded. 5. Track the signals worth watching Ours came out as a fresh funding round, an SDR or GTM hire, a new CRO or VP of Sales, and using a competitor's tool. It builds a play for each one. 6. Send copy written off the signal For a Series B account, the email opens on the board mandate to grow pipeline that comes with the raise. No congrats-on-your-round opener. The signal is the hook and the offer sits right behind it. Around 91% of cold emails get zero replies and the average reply rate sits near 3.43%. Writing off a real signal moves that to 15 to 25%. A 5 to 7x lift. 7. Match it with content Pick a content pillar, have it research the idea with Exa or Linkup, and it drafts the LinkedIn post with the infographic generated in the same run. Output that used to take a designer a few hours. Add a step so anyone who replies to the campaign gets added on LinkedIn and starts seeing that content. Start with a single skill. Add the next one once it is pulling its weight, and keep stacking until the whole motion runs from one conversation. This is the exact setup we run for real accounts at @Frontal_AI right now. Now in Claude Code: when you accept a plan, Claude automatically clears your context, so your plan gets a fresh context window. We found this helps keep Claude on track longer, and significantly improves plan adherence. If you prefer not to clear your context when accepting a plan, that option is still available too.

@bcherny Works well but I wish I didn’t have to approve every file/folder/CLI action. Would be great to have the “yes, and don’t ask again for…”. I use the CLI for Claude Code but this GUI version is less intimidating for my less technical peers.
