Dear @Barclaycard @HiltonHonors I have the Barclaycard HHonors card. I met the required spent in 2025 to maintain Gold but you have downgraded me to Hilton Silver when you should not have done. Please can you tell me which team to talk to sort this issue as no one seems to know

@Jimbos_mum @Vitality_UK Various friends/contacts in real life have also brought it up and all hate it. Previously we’d bonded over collecting vitality points - “let’s do this meeting as a walking one to get our steps in!” - now all universally who the hell came up with this & what were they thinking!!

@Vitality_UK @tomjordanuk From what I can see on here, *no-one* is happy with the changes made to the rewards. Simple structure is better: more activity should always = more rewards. Not "low bar of activity = lottery for more rewards".

Pick and Play is such a massive misstep by @Vitality_UK - does anyone involved in this car crash understand the mentality of people who collect Vitality Points - we like certain reward for effort, not some tricksy random element obviously designed to cut back cost. #epic #fail

@beatboxbumble @Vitality_UK I just find it mind boggling anyone at Vitality thought this was a good idea and progressesed it - such a monumental lack of insight into their own customers. Hopefully one of newspapers will pick up the backlash and they reverse the changes @thetimes @guardian @Telegraph @FT

I love how @Vitality_UK's point system actually make me do exercise to get rewards, it's such a great example of gamification in action, why doesn't the NHS do this via their app? Get the UK moving! #gamification #active #health #nhs
