Update on the terrible changes @Vitality_UK have made to their rewards, no Amazon vouchers because I didn't find enough cartoon dogs, three fewer Rakuten vouchers than I used to get, two fewer cinema tickets. Dreadful.

@tomjordanuk @Vitality_UK Totally agree, I’ve been with @Vitality_UK for nearly ten years. The system has gone through many updates and reward changes but always kept motivational to achieve 160 points a month. Now it’s 12 points a week to have a game of chance

Pick and Play is such a massive misstep by @Vitality_UK - does anyone involved in this car crash understand the mentality of people who collect Vitality Points - we like certain reward for effort, not some tricksy random element obviously designed to cut back cost. #epic #fail

@Vitality_UK I renewed my plan on the basis of the monthly rewards. Two months in and you introduce a gambling game to give little chance of winning what we used to get for 48 points. Putting aside the immorality of forcing gambling, my wife is now totally demotivated to exercise

Vitality have seriously messed up their perks at @Vitality_UK. people do not like a random element because people get a lot more angry if they lose than if they win - it would’ve been better just to slightly Nerf all the perks without forcing people to play a rigged game.
