Got on the phone with Chris the owner of Nash cards. After talking about everything it seems like a miscommunication. Good people, I’m actually on my way there now to bulk up on cards to rip this weekend on live 🫡 Tier ones have been ready to go to war for me but at this time I’m calling for a cease fire. Thank you for the time on this matter

After getting burned by @nashcards1 last week. two fake heavy Fossil packs I’m officially in the market for a new spot in Nashville to grab Pokémon and football cards for the stream. Looking for legit spots only. Squad, drop your recommendations ⬇️

Gotta hand it to @comcast @Xfinity. Stuck in #Nashville scheduled an appt for weather related lack of service 3 days ago reconfirmed this AM. They gave me a window wider than @michaelstrahan's gap of 8am to 8pm and they missed worse than Codey Parker. Thanks!

@PseudonymBear Enjoyed the walk-through, thanks. I have lived this myself in some form many times. I think people would enjoy hearing the same behind the scenes on the economics of the deal once closed. Shows why this painful process you lay out is worth it for you.

Deal by deal private equity (aka Independent Sponsor) is NOT for the faint of heart. Here’s a breakdown on what it looks w/real data from our active process for a ~$20MM deal. BUCKLE UP for: getting told “NO” ~100 times and watching your network EVAPORATE…oh and while that’s happening, you’re accruing diligence fees ($10k -> $50k -> $100k++) and just praying you can keep it all together. 🧵👇

What do you think is the greatest moment in sports? I'm going to share mine next week and it won't be what you think. Hint: For me- it happened in the 90s.

@hsmittman But really, now you can acknowledge the cold temps matter. Right?! It was at least an additional advantage for 3/3 teams.

Never understood the folks talking about black jerseys for the playoff game. Why would ND let it be a surprise & miss out on the opportunity to have a “black out” in the stadium? Two days! Let’s go! #GoIrish

@sbabmarks Curious how the 2x step-up works here such that $40K on $1.5M results in him owning 70%? Also perhaps an embedded cost not mentioned - did he have to PG both the SBA and bank loan? Thanks.

The Searcher then indicated he did not have a lot of liquidity and would invest $40,000; however, he would be raising an additional $1,460,000 for a total equity injection of $1,500,000 or just about 15%. Based on a 2 times step-up, he would end up owing 70% of the common shares

WSS: Bruce, I am under LOI to buy a business for $10,000,000. Is this too large for me to consider SBA Financing? Also, I only have $40,000 of my own to invest. Is that to little? I would love to see what my options are here and want to know if you can help Well, let's see 👇
