This is Mira Oasis 1 (part of Reem community). The garbage hasn’t been picked up for a week and it is piling up.

@emaardubai the way you've let ECM run the Mira/Mira Oasis Community over the years is a poor reflection on the brand image. The residents who invested in the Emaar name deserve much better. No rubbish collection for over 1 week now, rats everywhere! @DMunicipality

Update from @dutweets essentially saying I've made up a 40min conversation I had with their sales person about a promotional package that's clearly advertised on the website... @dubaiconsumers I've been signed up to a two year contract on terms I've not consented too.

@dutweets your level of customer service is shocking! Your call centre sold me a new package over the phone. My bill came and I find out they upgraded me when I was out of contract. Called to resolve and get told to email, several emails and almost five days without support.

@emaardubai I'll send them now. I'd raised tickets and called management office after the last rain and it took 1 month to get a back after multiple follow ups. There is clearly a lack of leadership and plans to deal with such issues despite recurring every year for the past 3/4 years.
