@INDOCHINO I have had the worst customer service experience from the shop in New Orleans. The salesperson has hung up on me. I hate that I gave them a cent. No one else should. Beware. Terrible customer service.

@Pyle_USA worst customer service ever. After WEEKS of emailing they want me to pay for a robot vacuum that THEY (in writing) say is defective to return. Please help. I want my vacuum to work. Don’t order from them. Bad service. Bad company. @Abebrach

@wearehims terrible customer service. You don’t ever speak to a dr just a nurse. I tried to cancel and they will not remove my credit card information from their system. I can still see it in their portal. Do not use this service. Jordan P was terrible and laughed. Use at risk

@VivintHome a salesperson just came to my door with NO MASK. When I asked him to stand back and wear a mask he said it’s hot. And put it on below his nose. WRONG When I called customer service they did nothing. #lookingforanewsecuritycompany

@tommyony You can contact UPS to schedule a pick up. The return labels are prepaid; there isn't a cost to return equipment. *NH

@Verizonfios why must I continue to get harassed by your company. I am NOT going to a store to return my boxes. Have them picked up by UPS. And stop calling me. You are the worst company. #boycott

@VerizonSupport I do have the labels. You won’t send UPS to pick it up and want me to bring it to a store and I’m NOT comfortable doing that.
