@INDOCHINO I have had the worst customer service experience from the shop in New Orleans. The salesperson has hung up on me. I hate that I gave them a cent. No one else should. Beware. Terrible customer service.

@wearehims terrible customer service. You don’t ever speak to a dr just a nurse. I tried to cancel and they will not remove my credit card information from their system. I can still see it in their portal. Do not use this service. Jordan P was terrible and laughed. Use at risk
@VivintHome a salesperson just came to my door with NO MASK. When I asked him to stand back and wear a mask he said it’s hot. And put it on below his nose. WRONG When I called customer service they did nothing. #lookingforanewsecuritycompany
