Florence was on a scavenger hunt at @LondonCityAir & had only an air traffic control tower & a bus left to find. She spotted these two wonderful @metpoliceuk officers and asked for their help. They sprung into action & went above & beyond with such kindness helping her get 100%!

Took time to report a bug to @Xero I encountered in their latest iOS app, received copy-paste self-service nonsense back from support for my trouble. One of my least favourite things about large companies is their appalling excuse for support. Impersonal, unrelated, disrespectful

Since then I’ve had no mobile data connection & rare voice connectivity & "Could not activate mobile data network. PDP authentication failure". Airplane mode on & off, & phone reboot not resolved the issue
