Oh @DavidLloydUK you never fail to disappoint. Rude staff, poor service + overpriced F&B offering, roasting hot & filthy changing rooms, cardio kit that fails to work despite reporting. Yet I can always rely on a m/ship price annually.

@LNER being served by the delightful Sandy in 1st class on the 0930 KX to NNG. However disappointed 4 the decision to serve lunch (?) @ 10am is made on this route at this time…WHY? I don’t want a devilled egg cob for breakfast or a samosa. This is so poor LNER - so disappointing

@CrossCountryUK 0801 from Birmingham to Man Piccadilly, carriages labelled wrong on outside so ended up walking entire length of train to find out I was at wrong end - (F). Your train manager was so helpful + professional, escorted me to my seat at the far end - thank you 👍🏼

@CostaCoffee edwalton. I don’t expect to wait ten mins at the drive thru at 620am with no one else queuing bcause the poor guy in store is flying solo. 10 mins delay at 630am considerable impacts my journey time. I’ll go elsewhere in future, sorry your staffing issues out.
