@Barclays Have blocked access to all of my accounts because after confirming my identity I refused to tell them the job title of my payee and what work had been carried. Why do you need this information? Seems to me to be a breach of GDPR

@BarclaysUKHelp Processes need to be improved. This is shocking and nothing that either of us have encountered with other banks we hold accounts with. Once this is resolved our business will be transferred #natwest #Halifax

@toriduckducks This is not done as part of your identify checks and it is done for clearing the security around releasing the payment. I can appreciate it is not an ideal process and I am sorry to see it has caused upset. Ramona 2/2

Just been into the bank with passport drivers licence and still had to speak to a call centre asking the same questions. My account is still blocked . This is a disgrace. My wife is now unable to access online banking to accounts solely in her name so is in London with no money

@vueling why are there two planes stuck in @Cardiff_Airport airport for 7 hrs and you keep changing delayed times every 5mins and with no staff to update two plane loads of passengers,2yr old children along with 90yr old's all waiting here for 7 hrs and counting
