If Shane Ross loses his seat it will be great news especially for the people of rural Ireland, which I'm not even sure he knows exists. A fucking bollox. #GE2020

Some brilliant goalkeeping in the hurling championship this year. Nickie Quaid excellent again today.

@ShaneSaint It could have been given as a second yellow. Limerick do not get players sent off when one has gone already. That's the rule

This is where the black card rules aren’t good enough. Adam Hogan was shown the black card for his foul on Shane O’Brien, but it was no more cynical than the tug-back there on Tony Kelly. Needs to be sorted, and has been obvious from day one.

@CahairOKane1 I was thinking about this yesterday and thought the corner forward could have also said something. Didn't know he was reffing also. Excellent insight 👍

So this is class. Look at the point where Noel Mooney changes his mind. David Garland is the one speaking to him. Garland referees club football in Dublin and is apparently very good at it! He previously umpired in inter-county football. Knowledge of the rules can be so vital

Derry protested strongly that the sideline ball is only worth one. I'm doing a trawl of rules to be sure, but I think it is worth two.

And they reckon nobody should go to the ref after the final whistle. Rory Beggan hero. Savage score to win it too. That was savage #GAA

@EamonMelia He will leave before there is an enquiry and sail into the sunset and be left away with it. Will have his pockets lined and everything sorted between now and then.

BAM cannot be totally blamed for this scandal. If you give a building company a large state contract worth €1bn without an agreed design and without a budget it is a recipe for disaster, Thats what Simon Harris did. Simon Harris as the Minister responsible is the cause of this debacle and the waste of €2bn of tax payers money.
NewstalkFM@NewstalkFM

Despite the new Children's Hospital costing three times the original budget, BAM's poor performance is not being taken into account when it bids for other public contracts. newstalk.com/news/bam-22573…

What an end to the Derry Monaghan game. Fair play to Rory Beggan. Imagine he knew the rule and the ref didn't. #GAA

@SmallerFishGAA Great highlight and to be fair it's reflected on the scoreboard too. Corks response to this period was very important

@DonalOgC makes a great point saying Cork have played better in a few games over the last couple of years and there is more in them. More in Limerick too obviously. Galway. Clare. Nobody gone yet. Long championship there still but a good result for Cork today 🔴⚪ #Rebels 👏👏👏

"We know Cian Lynch doesn't go in for any of that" as they comment on Sunday Game on a video of Cian Lynch literally going in for that. Hurling people are amazing. 😂 I reckon they should be moved over to news. "We know Netanyahu doesn't go in for a bit of agro."

@EwanMacKenna You must be thick fucking stupid because that Cork team should have won more than 1 All Ireland. Marty Duffy robbed the 2009 final off us. Plenty of league titles around that time which doesn't suggest a team that was a flash in the pan. Bit more research before your next cutting

Always said Cork 2010 were worst foot ball champions of my lifetime (don't consider lockdown All Ireland a title for Tyrone). Think Tipp are worst winners in hurling I've seen. In terms of body of work and not just one game or one half. They're not good.
