@rbarbosa91 Nice thread, I use 2-0 PDS for my penile curvature/peyronie’s operations. Need the strength. 6 knots. Patients do feel the knots in the penis. How long do you advise until gets absorbed?

This is REALLY cool!! We’ve been giving tadalafil to all our acute phase Peyronie’s patients for a while (based on anecdotal evidence), but it’s priceless when colleagues do the hard work of codifying that into solid research!

Glad to share our last paper just published on @yoursexmedjour Daily low-dose (5mg) #Tadalafil in patients with acute #Peyronie's disease seems to significantly reduce the #penilecurvature progression rate compared to observation, especially when it is administrated early

Martin Gross and his team deserve serious kudos for this! Their article is INCREDIBLY important for prosthetic training.
KEY POINT: Resident training DOES add time to cases (~17 minutes) but DOES NOT increase complications.
The more surgeons we train, the more men we can treat!
