What Wolfe, Karen Read's crash reconstructionist said under oath (in a nutshell) is below. He works for ARCCA. *No idea the defense was paying for his testimony since he was billing under ARCCA'S federal government contract account. (Why in the World would the federal government pay for Karen Read's Defense?) *Erased all of his texts messages (100 plus) with Alan Jackson because he always erases his texts with clients (Wow. You can't erase Discovery. No legit expert does this) * Used Signal App to communicate with Alan. (WOW moment) * No idea the Signal App was encrypted (He is an engineer, BTW) *He doesn't keep records on how he spends his time when he bills clients. (Bologna) *Never spoke to "Alan" or defense team about his testimony. (Of course he did. And there is nothing wrong with discussing your testimony. What you can't do it lie about it) *Kept track of hours just to let his boss know he was working (No, it's because that is how you bill clients) *Had 40 minute conversation with Alan about his family, his credentials, and logistics, but Never spoke about Read's case. (More bologna) *He had no idea who was going to pay for his testimony. (Sending AJ a retention agreement should have given him a clue) *He always sends questions to clients telling them what to ask and warning them about what not to ask and that's why he sent questions to Alan. He is just looking out for the jury, afterall. (This is unheard of in the expert world.) *Told AJ in writing best not to ask about the stats showing increased pedestrian accident fatalities at night because that could lead the jury to believe that Read hit John. *John's DNA on the tail light pieces didn't affect his findings. *He didn't like Brennan indicating he used "potato thrower".
