@WallStreetApes Today you went to the range, and you want to know where maga women are.
At work.
We don't go to the range, our dad's taught us how to, when we were 10.
Can you keep a job?
We can do that too.

Liberal influencer (thestaceyshows) with over 15k followers says she’s at the gun range training to kill “MAGA f*cks”
She says more women were there and they’re all training to kill MAGA
“Today I was at the range — You motherf*cking MAGA f*cks, you might think that we're out here just sitting around wondering what's gonna happen. I'm not wondering about sh*t. I know what's gonna happen. F*ck you.”

White America is “shocked” because ICE killed a white woman and law enforcement and elected officials rushed to justify it.
Welcome to what Black people have lived for generations—Sandra Bland, Atatiana Jefferson, Breonna Taylor, encounter this other Black women—killed, then smeared, then excused.
You have seen this before. You just didn’t call it outrageous when the victim was Black.

1906: Vilhjalmur Stefansson, Canadian anthropologist, heads to the Arctic to study Inuit populations. He brings Western food because obviously the Inuit diet is inadequate. Canned goods, flour, tea, sugar - proper civilization supplies.
The Inuit find this hilarious. They're eating seal, caribou, and fish. Almost entirely fat and protein. Zero plant material most of the year. Stefansson thinks they're nutritionally ignorant and expects to observe deficiency diseases.
Within months, his supplies run low. The Inuit offer him their food. He's reluctant but hungry. Starts eating seal meat and blubber, caribou fat, fish. Nothing else. No vegetables, no fruit, no grain.
He expects to feel terrible. Instead, he feels remarkable. More energy than on his Western diet. No scurvy despite zero vitamin C supplementation. Digestive issues he'd had for years disappear. He's warmer in Arctic conditions than when eating his original supplies.
He spends the next year eating exclusively like the Inuit. Documents everything. Returns to New York in 1907 and reports his findings to the scientific community.
They don't believe him. "You'll die eating only meat." "Scurvy is inevitable without plant foods." "The Inuit must have some plant consumption you didn't observe."
Stefansson returns to the Arctic for multiple expeditions between 1908 and 1918. Each time, he eats the Inuit diet. Seal, caribou, fish, fat. Each time, he remains healthy. His Inuit guides explain that lean meat alone will kill you - rabbit starvation - but fat and meat together provide complete nutrition.
Back in New York, the medical establishment remains skeptical. Dr. Clarence Lieb and Dr. Eugene DuBois at Bellevue Hospital challenge him: "Prove it under medical observation."
1928: Stefansson and fellow explorer Karsten Anderson volunteer for a study. They'll eat nothing but meat for one year under daily medical monitoring at Bellevue Hospital. Blood tests, urine analysis, cardiovascular monitoring, the full battery.
The doctors are certain this will demonstrate the dangers of an all-meat diet. They expect scurvy, kidney failure, heart disease, multiple deficiencies. The American Medical Association is watching closely.
Both men eat fresh meat, organ meats, and fat. No plants. No supplements. Just meat.
First few weeks: Minor digestive adjustment. Then stable. Both men report feeling excellent. Energy levels high, no hunger between meals, mental clarity improved.
Six months in: All health markers normal or improved. No scurvy. No kidney problems. No heart disease developing. Cholesterol actually decreased slightly.
One year later: Study concludes. Both men in perfect health. No deficiencies detected. No pathology developed. The medical team publishes results in Journal of the American Medical Association, 1930: "The effects of an exclusive long-continued meat diet based on the history, experiences, and clinical survey of Vilhjalmur Stefansson."
The conclusion is clear: Humans can thrive on meat alone. No plant material necessary. All nutritional needs met by animal products.
The medical establishment acknowledges the findings, then continues recommending the food pyramid anyway. Stefansson's year-long supervised meat-only experiment is filed away and rarely mentioned in nutrition education.
He continues eating primarily meat for the rest of his life, writing books about Arctic exploration and nutrition. Dies in 1962 at age 82, active and healthy until near the end.
He proved under medical supervision that everything modern nutrition claims about needing plant diversity is wrong. We've spent 90 years ignoring the evidence because healthy people don't buy supplements

@paulinaplazas @JamesTate121 Why are frightened indoctrinated art majors out on the streets goading their spouses to challenge arm law enforcement officers who are already under attack?
Why are you intentionally promoting ignorance of the law?

@JamesTate121 Thanks for this. My grandpa, retired Air Force general said to me: why are they treating Americans as enemy combatants? WHY?

Shared today by Bev Perry in the Expand Dem Values in the House and Senate Facebook group.
I need to say something that's been bothering me for a while, and I'm saying it as a Marine Corps veteran who leans center-right.
This isn't partisan. This is observation.
We've slow-faded into accepting militarized police as normal, and nobody seems to notice or care.
Even as a USMC pilot, I went through six months of infantry training as an officer before flight school. I've worn the gear. The helmet, the tactical vest, the whole kit. And I can tell you from experience, it changes you.
There's a psychological shift that happens when you strap that stuff on. You feel different. You carry yourself different. You start seeing the environment differently. In the Marine Corps, that shift was appropriate because it's a combat culture and organization.
But these are American streets. American citizens. And we've got law enforcement dressed like they're kicking down doors in Fallujah to serve warrants in suburbia.
What happend to high standards and real policing tactics? Think Adam-12...Officers Reed and Malloy. Crisp uniforms. A revolver. A baton. High standards and professionalism. They looked like public servants because they were public servants. They de-escalated. They talked to people. They were part of the community.
Now? Tactical gear, beards, ball caps, Oakley sunglasses, sleeve tattoos, and a tactical kit that would make special operators jealous. And we've turned it into a fetish. We celebrate it. We assume that because someone looks hard, they must be a professional.
They're not.
I loved the Marine Corps. But I'll be honest, I was also blinded by it for a while. Mission first. Unit over everything. And that mentality made sense in that context.
But law enforcement doesn't get that critical examination. "Back the Blue" has become a shield against accountability. A blanket assumption that a badge plus gun equals hero. That tactical gear equals competence.
It doesn't.
Most people who join law enforcement aren't special operators. They're average people who desperately want to belong to something bigger than themselves. I understand that impulse deeply, it's why I joined the Marines. But wanting to belong doesn't make you qualified. Looking the part doesn't mean you can perform under pressure. And wrapping yourself in warrior aesthetics doesn't make you a warrior.
Old school law enforcement represented something. Standards. Bearing. Discipline. Professionalism that was demonstrated, not costumed. A revolver and a baton meant you had to rely on your training, your words, your judgment, not overwhelming firepower.
What I see now in law enforcement is the costume without the culture. The gear without the training. The authority without the accountability.
Are there good people in law enforcement? Of course. I know some personally. But this reflexive "law enforcement can do no wrong" mentality is lazy, dangerous, and intellectually dishonest.
A woman is dead. And before we sort ourselves into teams and start assigning blame, maybe we should ask harder questions:
Why do we accept a militarized police force as normal?
Why do we assume tactical gear equals tactical competence?
Why have we let "Back the Blue" become a substitute for actual standards?
I wore the uniform. I went through the training. I know what that gear does to your head.
It shouldn't be normalized on American streets against American citizens.
And we shouldn't pretend everyone wearing it is qualified to carry it. The fact that he called her a “fucking bitch” after he shot her three times should be a huge red flag for all of us.

@Sipho__Nkosi @CLG98264897 The saddest part of this narrative is that blacks have done more violence on their own race now and in the past, than any other race.
Hating whites is not going to change anything in the past. Reparations have been paid.
English

@CLG98264897 “We will never forget and we will never forgive. My people have been through the most, and they are still suffering even today. When is this going to end?

@WeaponsVault Ask your armed leftist.
They are buying and hoarding weapons & ammo like the mob is staging outside their house. I asked them why all of this?
They say they know maga is coming for them, so they are arming for a civil war.
The truth? The right laughs at them.
English

@NoDMsPerfavore Lick him out of the house for 2 hours. I'll escalate from there if I don't get an apology.
My son would never do that. He had a father that backed me up, 100%, every time.
English

@LibOrNormal Already done. My dear. It's time to grow up and take care of yourself. You are not my responsibility.
