HOAX EXPOSED! Sunny Naqvi’s viral “ICE detention” story was completely fabricated. Sheriff Dale Schmidt proved it with hotel surveillance, receipts, bank records, texts, and official logs. She stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites near O’Hare on March 5, then the Holiday Inn Express in Beaver Dam, WI. She was never detained by ICE at any time and never in the custody of the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office. He’s now suing Naqvi and Cook County Commissioner Kevin Morrison for $1M each in defamation. March protests were based on lies. Full evidence dropped yesterday. Spread the truth.

One of my neighbors kid went to trade school for HVAC at 18. His parents were embarrassed because everyone around us, college is the only option promoted. He spent $6k and started at $65k while his friends were still in school. At 25 he got his contractor license. At 27 he opened his own shop. Last year his company did $2.1 million in revenue with 3 trucks. His friends just started to pay off their student loans. Now, my neighbors cant stop bragging about their son who also is our neighborhood HVAC tech. Day 96 tagging @mikeroweworks to let everyone know that we need more kids like this.

“More than 800 students with disabilities who attend Chicago Catholic schools will lose their federally-funded instructional support services because of an abrupt decision by Chicago Public Schools (CPS) to terminate those services two months before the end of the school year.” @ChiPubSchools is an embarrassment to the city of Chicago - sorry. And to do it before the end of the school year for kids who depend on those services is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Please note that it is not optional for Catholic families to fund public schools, the money is taken and then given to the public schools As a Catholic school administrator and Priest, it’s pretty rare to find people within the public school system who understand this. They love the money they take from Catholic School families but that’s as far as the love goes. I’ve actually had innumerable people tell me Catholic school kids shouldn’t be able to ride the public school buses because they don’t pay for the schools. Of course they pay for it.

Lots of questions regarding CPS abruptly cutting off federally-funded services to Catholic school students with disabilities. CPS has already received the funds from the federal government for the whole year. 1. Were the funds mismanaged and CPS doesn't have the money? 2. Are other private school students still getting services? 3. Did Cardinal Cupich call Pritzker about this yet? 4. Have all the Dem legislators that graduated from Catholic school said anything yet? Elgie Sims, LaShawn Ford, Porfirio, and more. 5. Does the Arch or parents need to sue to get services now? Another corrupt action by CPS management.

@GovPritzker and @ChicagosMayor need to investigate this discriminatory act immediately

To be clear: in my guest column, I explain that Congress already passed the program so the only question left for states like Illinois is: Do we allow Illinois school kids (both public and private) to benefit?
