@transit_jam Not for kids. I recommend NOT watching it, or at least not until after you have read the book. The book is one of the best books I have read for years, maybe decades.

No school today, was gonna take the kids to see this debut in HK, but found it's 156mins... will have to rethink, the 5yo (and possibly 8yo) will get quite disruptive after an hour or so (unless there's an animated dog) 🤪

And haven't yet managed to stopped local coal burning in power stations, causing air pollution;
Kai Tak cruise ship terminal, without shore power, so cruise ships burn dirty diesel 24.7 in port, etc, etc.

@dominictsz 70% of the electricity generated in Xinjiang and "sent" east is coal. Without that coal/thermal baseload, the small amount of solar would be highly unstable for long-distance UHVDC anyway. This is what happens when your lawmakers believe everything they read on Red Note....

An illegal mobile petrol station, the second such blaze in HK in the last week or so. These are usually static in trailers (well known to police) but lately have shifted to mobile mode on increased demand. This fire shut down the MTR rail above it.
