what pathetic customer support @inDrive. i left my brand new glasses (which i need to see) in a car and ive been trying to get in contact for the past week. no one has been responsive. they shut the case down within 3 minutes of not responding even though -

im literally taking this on a public platform for @inDrive to get back to me because every other method has been a pain. Please do something about this!

it takes the csr to get back to a request in upto 2-4 hours. ive tried every method of getting in contact with them - but honestly this entire experience has really been a nightmare
