There’s a difference between talent… and calling.
Talent is something you’re given.
Calling is something you’re led into.
The hard truth: not everyone is called to the same role, the same level, or the same path… and that’s okay.
Some are called to lead.
Some to encourage.
Some to grind behind the scenes where no one’s watching.
Every role matters.
God didn’t make a mistake when He gave you your gifts or your path.
So don’t compare. Don’t chase someone else’s lane.
Play where you’re planted.
Grow where you’re called.
That’s where purpose lives.

A bad coach tears people down. An average coach focuses only on results. A good coach teaches skills and systems. A great coach builds confidence and trust. An exceptional coach helps people believe in themselves at a higher level. And the best coaches impact lives long after the scoreboard stops mattering.

Since being diagnosed with ALS in 2018, @SarahNauser has leaned on her unwavering love for the @Royals as an outlet during her fight.
"It's so much more than a game to me. I tell you this because I want you to truly feel the purpose in the game you get to play." 💙

Love the shout out to Energy Bus. It’s not okay to be moody. Wrote that in Power of a Positive Team. What a great coach!

No one became their best by focusing on someone else’s flaws and mistakes. Let’s not bash Tiger Woods. Let’s pray for the healing he needs. Everyone has a hole in their soul. You can fill it up with alcohol and things that bring temporary relief but don’t bring restoration. Or you can fill it up with God’s love and presence that heals and restores you. We all are looking to fill the hole. When you fill it with God you won’t need or want anything else.

What a great message from Arizona State women’s coach Molly Miller.
“These seniors are going to be the reason we hang banners!”🔥
Success does not just happen.
It’s built.
Built by those who set the standard and define the culture.

Hope everyone listens to this from @MollyMiller33.. "This team defined a season that's going to be the trajectory of this program.. These seniors are going to be the reason we hang banners." Alums texting saying how pround they are to be apart of @SunDevilWBB! @12SportsAZ

This was part of Skip Holtz's eulogy to his father Lou Holtz.
Skip said that when people came to visit his father in hospice, the very first thing Lou asked them was, “What can I do for you?”
That's so powerful. Powerful enough for me to want to be a better person.
God knew what he was doing when he made "Sunshine" that was Lou's nickname growing up.
My heart hurts so much for so many reasons.
Selfishly because Lou was the last man to win a National Championship at Notre Dame.
Unselfishly because he meant SO much to SO many people.
Not one seat in the Basiclica was vacant. There were people standing for an entire hour on the side of the pews.
Plus so much more.
I hope, truly, to become even half the man Lou Holtz was. A man whose first question was always, “What can I do for you?” A man whose light never dimmed, even in his final days. A man whose legacy will outlive all of us.
