@peterfoley_7 I totally agree, I have had two c - sections seeing this in my notes and even my red book was awful. I felt a complete failure. Also being called a geriatric mother (also being noted) several times and offered sterilisation because of my age was somewhat shocking at 41.

Is there a better way to phrase ‘failure to progress’ for a reason to proceed to c-section? For so many of my female patients this can make them feel so upset and as if they have somehow ‘failed’ at childbirth. Surely we can do better? #womenshealrh #childbirth
