Okay, let's have a Haiku contest and give away some $HAIKU! Contest Rules: 1.) Follow @0xHaikuBot and tag it in any post (from anyone) to have it write a haiku for you. 2.) Link that @0xHaikuBot reply below this post. 3.) At Noon eastern on April 1, I'll choose at least 3 winners to send $5 worth of $HAIKU, no joke!

🧵 U.S. Quantum Policy Shift — why Constellation & Hedera fit the infrastructure layer The Trump Administration is drafting a new executive order to reshape U.S. quantum policy. Led by OSTP, the focus is clear: deployment, resilience, and commercialization, not just research. Source: The Quantum Insider (Feb 2026) 1️⃣ What the policy is really about The draft executive order emphasizes: • protecting critical technology • securing supply chains • accelerating commercialization • coordinating across DoD, Commerce, Energy • building long-term strategic resilience This is not academic quantum research. It’s national infrastructure planning. 2️⃣ The missing layer: operational trust Quantum computing doesn’t just threaten cryptography. It stresses how trust is proven in digital systems. In government, defense, and critical infrastructure, systems must provide: • verifiable event histories • immutable audit trails • provable timestamps • chain-of-custody for data • long-term cryptographic agility This is where infrastructure layers, not algorithms alone, matter. 3️⃣ Where Constellation Network fits @Conste11ation is designed as a data integrity and provenance layer, not a payment network. Its relevance shows up in real contexts: • U.S. Air Force–associated SBIR Phase II work • defense logistics and mission data exchange • aviation and supply-chain integrity pilots (e.g. IRON SPIDR) In quantum-relevant terms: • data integrity remains verifiable even as cryptography evolves • telemetry and mission data can be written into tamper-evident logs • provenance matters as much as encryption Constellation addresses how data can be trusted, not just how it moves. Additional signal worth noting: Constellation recently announced an agreement to be acquired by AI², a multi-vertical AI and infrastructure holding company. The framing is explicit: regulated markets, institutional credibility, and a potential public-listing pathway. This matters in a quantum-policy context because governments don’t just assess technology — they assess corporate structure, governance, and long-term accountability. 4️⃣ Where Hedera fits @hedera operates in a complementary lane: public trust and auditability. Key properties aligned with quantum-era requirements: • aBFT finality (no forks, deterministic ordering) • immutable, verifiable timestamps • governance suitable for enterprises and regulators • crypto-agility for future PQC migration Real-world relevance already exists: • government-supported drone safety trials (UK BVLOS use cases) • enterprise ESG, supply-chain, and reporting use cases • focus on audit-ready logs, not speculation Hedera is built for long-lived records that regulators and institutions can rely on. 5️⃣ Why this works without any hardware layer The executive order draft does not mandate specific hardware solutions. It focuses on systems readiness. Even without quantum-secure chips or satellites: • governments still need verifiable logs • decision trails must survive cryptographic transitions • audits must remain valid for decades DLT/DAG infrastructure can sit above hardware, anchoring trust regardless of future cryptographic upgrades. 6️⃣ The layered architecture policymakers actually want This is not one chain to rule them all. A realistic stack looks like: • data provenance & telemetry integrity (Constellation-style) • audit-ready trust & timestamping (Hedera-style) • PQC-capable cryptography layered underneath • governance and compliance on top That’s how resilience is engineered. Takeaway: The U.S. quantum policy shift is about operational trust, not whitepapers. It doesn’t name networks. But it clearly points toward infrastructure that can: • prove what happened • preserve evidence across decades • adapt cryptography without breaking trust @WhiteHouse Strategic resilience needs a trust layer. Hedera + Constellation are worth evaluating.

Clawd disaster incoming if this trend of hosting ClawdBot on VPS instances keeps up, along with people not reading the docs and opening ports with zero auth... I'm scared we're gonna have a massive credentials breach soon and it can be huge This is just a basic scan of instances hosting clawdbot with open gateway ports and a lot of them have 0 auth
