I thought it was like 15 mins max. 1-2 hours is crazy late, and I say that as a chronically late person (who is trying to get better and is usually like 3-5 mins late on the bad end of things now!). Do you like staying an extra 1-2 hours at work? Neither do the 200+ other crew members that were there.
