BREAKING: Donald Trump pumps his fist as blood covers his face after ‘pops’ ring out.

@AR15_OrdCorps @GunloverClub1 This is the AR-15 we know today. I believe a small number of the original are still around, but they are NFA items, difficult to find, and prohibitively expense.
So to answer the question….no, the AR-15 that is in common use today is not, and has never been, used by the military
English

@triipzz21 @GunloverClub1 Those are US Military documents. That is a USAF Manual 🤣🤣🤣
You're literally calling the US Military liars.
English

@AR15_OrdCorps @GunloverClub1 version of it. They modified the lower receiver, the safety, the bolt carrier, and the trigger group to create a semi-auto only sporting version of the rifle. This was released to public in 1964, but retained the AR-15 name, even though it is a different firearm.
English

@AR15_OrdCorps @GunloverClub1 But Armalite came on hard and they sold the design to Colt who further refined it. The design was test fielded by the Army in Viet Nam as the AR-15. It was later adopted and standardized as the M-16. After this, Colt decided to pursue the civilian market and created a redesigned
English

@AR15_OrdCorps @GunloverClub1 Right off the bat, you have to get past the confusion which comes from the fact that there have been two different firearms with the name AR-15. The original was designed by a team of people working with Eugene Stoner at Armalite.
English

@AR15_OrdCorps @GunloverClub1 That’s a lie no military leaders would send their troops in with AR 15’s. We have never used AR 15’s in our military period. M16’s are used for ground troops. And whatever pictures you posted was from a gun manual from the manufacturer back in the 50’s when it was being developed
English

@triipzz21 @GunloverClub1 That's weird...because every branch still issues AR-15's...and at least one branch has since 1962 when the USAF adopted the AR-15 Model 601 in 1962

English

@GayOpossumKvlt @GunloverClub1 No they don’t they use M16 rifles. AR 15’s are a civilian rifle they have never been used by the military period. If you are gonna talk shit at least know what you are talking about….
English

@triipzz21 @GunloverClub1 Every branch of the US military uses AR-15’s.
