Donald Trump’s loss is BC’s gain. Thousands of US doctors, nurses and health professionals are applying to work in BC, because our system is based on the needs of the patient — not their ability to pay. BC now has more doctors per person than anywhere else in Canada.

@daleethompson @garyzaroski1 I actually do check other sources and all he has done is either reconfirmed existing bilateral deals of which 80ish% are net loss deals for us or written mou's , he cannot force companies to invest in Canada and they won't with how many "green" policies and turmoil there is

Carney is out there hustling to get 🇨🇦 into new trade agreements right now &, let's be 100% honest, you'd slam him for staying in Ottawa & not getting out there to make deals. Conservatives are an insufferable bunch of twats... no wonder you'll never win another election now.
Michael Chong 🇨🇦@MichaelChongMP

PMs are appointed, not elected, in a Westminster system: They’re accountable to the elected legislature (Carney wasn’t elected on 25/3/14). If Carney doesn’t attend Parliament it’s not possible for us, the elected House, to hold him accountable. globalnews.ca/news/11750090/… #cdnpoli

@gator_gum and our not processing our oil and gas reserves, and having a secondary supply ready to step in when the other side of the world gets froggy is the federal govts fault

The massive spike in gas prices around the world are absolutely the fault of one man, Donald Trump. This gaslighting bullshit about our oil reserves just further shown the misunderstanding of how commodities work. "TrUdEaU didn't build a pipeline" Well, he actually did. But if they want to play history games, where are all of the Poilievre/Harper Gov't pipelines?
JayGen 𝕏 er🇨🇦@JayGenXer

🇨🇦💸To Canadians who are now looking at $2/litre (and rising). Before you blame it on Trump, here's a reminder. Canada has the 3rd largest oil reserves in the world. It's our Liberal Prime Minister who won't allow us to use them. Plus the Prime Minister before him had a decade to prepare for this, but also wouldn’t us to prepare nor prosper 11 years of planned decline! This was NOT by chance!

🟥 Latest polls AGAIN showing big Liberal Majority. The trend is pretty consistent at this point. Conservative response? DOUBLE DOWN on negativity, disinformation, trolling and obstruction... 🙂🤦🏻‍♂️ If they could change their approach, they would. But they can't. There's nobody left in the modern Conservative Party with the maturity, emotional intelligence or leadership qualities to gently coax the Tories towards being a widely acceptable and SERIOUS official opposition. So it's 'Frat House' politics all the way - jumping on Pierre's bus to nowhere, as it drives over the edge of the political cliff. 🚌💨

This is making the food-billionaires crazy so we love it. Hopefully smaller retailers are being helped tho? How about a greater vacancy tax on empty storefronts? (that is greedy landlords)

@nenshi they are DOING EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO, staying neutral, the govts job is to enforce the will of the people and that is why a referendum is called to find out what that people want

Not a single member of the UCP campaigned as a separatist in the last election. But not a single one signed a pledge this year saying they love Canada and oppose separatism. Now we know why. This is a separatist government and a separatist Premier. They don’t just pander to separatists. Many of them are separatists. It’s time for them to come clean and tell Albertans who they really are and where they really stand. ctvnews.ca/calgary/articl…
