I'm pro-communication & anti-waste. What I see with the renewed focus on documentation is misalignment between authority & responsibility. The folks calling for more written documentation are not those who pay for what else could be done with that time & energy.

TDD works well with AI tools, but not to write the tests. That is not TDD. It is automated testing, sure, but its not TDD.
