AOC and Bernie Sanders will not pay TSA agents but fly first class on tax payers dollars. Agents make around 45,000 a year.

Great run by Katy Zang! Bit of a shame that there was no official 3000m split (FAT). Her transponder time at 3018m was 9:01.72, meaning she broke 9:00 for 3000m. Would have been great to have that time for international lists.

A little tired from a 14-mile long run today after a weekend that left my heart full. Getting to watch friends crush their goals at the Philly Marathon was special. I don’t usually talk much about my personal life on here, but the real pinnacle was being able to marry my best friend yesterday. Knowing I get to share life with someone who values me for who I am, and feeling the same for her, is something really special. I’ll get back to the regularly scheduled mental/physical health content, but thought this was a moment worth sharing.
