I am writing to inform you that my SBI account has become inoperative, and I am currently unable to perform any transactions.
As per the SBI WhatsApp service, my KYC was last updated on 3rd July 2025. Despite this, my account is inactive, which is causing significant inconvenience.
At present, I am not in my home city and am unable to visit my home branch. I request you to kindly guide me on how I can reactivate my account remotely or provide an alternative solution to resolve this issue at the earliest.
I am also concerned about the inconvenience caused despite having completed my KYC, and I request your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
