I only come after brands on here when they deserve it. And boy does @TroyBilt deserve it Sold me a lemon snowblower with a bad engine that’s still under warranty. Refusing to replace it because I didn’t take it to an authorized mechanic. Except I did here? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Never buy from them

@TroyBilt A good little lawnmower is the pony, but the oil change alone is now making me look to the future without it. A cumbersome design for oil change, the AGM is ridiculous and it will not make it up the smallest hill.

.@TroyBilt I got a Troy-Bilt 13AN78BSA66 lawn tractor. In your included Troy-Bilt Parts/Warranty Supplement Form 769-26859A it lists the 19A70041OEM 42” Mulch Kit as an accessory. But when I enter my tractor model on your part website it says “WILL NOT FIT”. What's mulch kit #?

@TroyBilt .@TroyBilt This is crazy. I called your phone number and the lady gave me part number 19A30046066 and the mounting holes don't even match those on my tractor. Then 19A70041OEM and your website says will not fit my tractor. Then she goes quiet and just starts ignoring me.

@TroyBilt stay away from this crap company. I bought a new mower this year and the red handle broke off and they told me I’d have to purchase it! On a brand new mower? Really how shitty is this! People beware buy elsewhere

@TroyBilt almost exactly 2 years from purchase on a bronco 46" cut 17.5hp rider, the drive pulley broke today, not sure, but, looks like i have to take rear sear and body off to get to it. whats the warranty ? 2 years?

@IronicDroid2 Can you please provide us your riding mower's model number and serial number? Both of these numbers will be 11 digits in length and will be located on the underside of the seat. The model number will begin with 13 or 14.

@TroyBilt And the replacement battery has to be a size U1 or it won't fit. U1 = approximately 7.7 inches long, 5.1 inches wide, and 6.3 inches high.

Walmart and Home Depot do. I returned a lawn mower to Walmart and a chainsaw to Home Depot with zero problems. Amazon will also. I'm not taking it back filled with gas, just the residue left. I would have a problem if it was clearly stated somewhere and I know what I was agreeing to. At Menards, it's in tiny print at the bottom of the receipt. And no, I did not read every word on the receipt. Anyone who says they always do is not being honest. Again @Menards has a garbage return policy.

@TroyBilt which executive’s brilliant idea was it to save half a penny by using a plastic choke tab on a weed trimmer. Talk about horrible design for penny pinching, not to mention the customer experience. One of the worst decisions I’ve seen in a long time.

@troybilt I bought your push mower last summer for $369 from @TractorSupply, used it 5 times, used the proper gas, emptied it for winter. It wouldn’t start this spring. Your warranty repair center won’t fix it they say the carburetor is bad and it’s not covered. Junk quality!!
