Please get in touch via fairtelecoms.org.uk/contact.html and we will explain this to you and them. @trueCall - the basis of CallSafe - has an answer.

. @TalkTalk - without activating CallSafe which I can't do at the moment (see previous conversation!) please will you tell me how I can block a nuisance number with TalkTalk without having to "join the Community" (yet another login!) to submit a report?
