This is the due process the administration is offering me, corrupt and unprecedented:

400 diapers lasts a family with a newborn about five weeks. This program will cost California roughly $12.4 million this year alone, with the money flowing through Baby2Baby to supply diapers at only 400 hospitals in a state with more than 500.
Instead of lowering taxes and letting families keep more of their own money to buy what they need, the state takes the money, adds overhead and administration, and then gives part of it back as a “free” program.
