He repeatedly has stated the Ukraine vs Russia war needs to end because of all the death. He put in tremendous effort to get that done. He has also helped to successfully end 8 wars. He would of course not end a civilization. But he wants them to think that he might. If you check the history books you will see that other presidents and generals have made similar statements and in some cases even more extreme.

Trump fell asleep again during a live televised meeting. If Joe Biden had done that, the media would have treated it like a national emergency and run wall-to-wall panic coverage for a week.
