This judge should balance his sympathy for this miscreant against the overwhelming contempt the DC judiciary displayed when dealing with J6 defendants. It was demonstrated that many were held where defense attorneys, congressional investigators, and the U.S. Marshals Service described as unacceptable or violating basic standards for extended periods, typically months, but, in some cases over a year.

NEW: Judge apologizes in court to WHCA Dinner shooting suspect Cole Allen. Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui said that he was “fascinated and disturbed” by Allen's treatment in jail. Allen was placed on suicide watch when he was first imprisoned. Prosecutors argued that since Allen told investigators he did not expect to survive the alleged attack, he could be a danger to himself. But an incredulous Faruqui wasn't convinced by that argument, drawing comparisons between Allen and defendants arrested for rioting at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. “To me, it’s extremely disturbing that he was put in five-point restraints, a person with no criminal history. Since when does the president of a national teacher's union leverage the pension holdings of her member's retirement accounts against a publically traded company in attempt to influence the company's stance towards the enforcement of Federal immigration laws? Her actions expose members to avoidable investment risk for goals unrelated to their retirements. It's inappropriate, a complete breach of her responsibilies and the Union's fiduciary requirements as stewards of their member's investments. Her actions could clearly expose members to financial harm.

Any hostage negotiator or other professional involved in negotiations will tell you that throwing your advisaries bones of hope is the surest way to prolong any standoff. That is exactly what European wafflers, Democrats and Woke Reichers are doing. It's insane since it's undeniable that Iran is at the root of much of all current Middle East conflict, is at odds with virtually all Middle Eastern nations, is run by a fanatical theologically driven regime and would almost certainly flaunt, use nuclear weapons, or see to their use if they had them. The short-sighted opposition to seeing this murderous regime, who is currently actively murdering tens of thousands of their own citizens in the name of "God", at least defanged is astounding and historically deaf.

A 5.56mm AR at that distance is traveling at approximately 2,500–2,700 feet per second (fps), or roughly 760–820 m/s (about Mach 2.2–2.4). The round shears tissue (with some cauterizing effect) vs. a clean slice. FBI confirmed bullet/fragment hit Trump’s ear. Real-time video + bloodied ear photos match his account & the doctor’s (2cm graze). Plastic surgeon review ~2 yrs later: "Skin mostly smooth, just minor bumpiness + slight depression at the rim", not obvious from a distance. He commented: "Ears heal fast".

Details: WikiLeaks dropped 20k+ DNC emails July 22, 2016 proving staffers mocked Bernie, questioned his religion (Jew) & coordinated to rig it for Hillary. DWS personally trashed his team & was forced to resign 2 days later. Even Liz Warren called the primary “rigged.” Party First, always. Now her seat is gone too!!!
