@RealSFDynasty @88jacket Listen Alex I cheer and root for NC state I live in Raleigh so just stop! I’m a tech fan through and through but your right we will see what happens next season and my guess is Tech will be middle of the pack if not making a run at the NCAA

This move makes absolutely no sense at all for Cross if Georgia Tech isn't going to increase NIL. All it will do is hurt his overall coaching resume. He'll get a nice pay increase, and maybe that's all he's after, but this is such a weird move if he wants to actually win.

Georgia Tech obviously needs to devote more resources to basketball if they want to be a player in the ACC, and from what I am told, they are still not ready to do so.

@RealSFDynasty @88jacket And that’s your opinion because according to Cross, he wouldn’t have taken the job if they weren’t ! That is why he took the job! And no offense to @GoodmanHoops but he doesn’t know what tech needs to be competitive in the ACC or what they’re willing to do

Georgia Tech is expected to hire Troy head coach Scott Cross, source told @thefieldof68. Cross, 51, took over at Troy in 2019 and has taken the program to the NCAA Tournament each of the past two seasons. Cross has won at least 20 games each of the last five years. Georgia Tech associate athletic director Brent Jones was previously the AD at Troy. Cross was also the head coach at UT Arlington for 12 years - where he won 225 games.

@RealSFDynasty Reality is you don’t know what Tech will do resources wise and neither do I but I’ll just say this Cross wouldn’t of taken the Job if he didn’t feel the resources were enough for him to compete in the ACC and at a high level

This top ten matchup not being on TV today is asinine. Georgia Tech clearly the better offensive team, (they are arguably the nation’s best) but Auburn is 17-2 for a reason. Side note- the @DiamondBBStats app will change the way college baseball is covered and followed forever
