Winter Headlines are in effect from 1 PM today to 10 AM Mon. Snowfall accumulations between 3-8 inches, with up to 10 inches possible above 1500 ft. Snowfall will be wet and heavy, especially late tonight into Mon morning, with scattered power outages possible.
