@Ben_the_Dude @torreydd97 @JMtalkingsports @KevinOConnor I can’t tell you how many times I’ve made or received the game ending pass into an empty front court because the other team needed to press too hard to try and tie/win I’m an analytics guy for the most part too, but here? I’ll never agree that free throws were the move🤣

@Ben_the_Dude @torreydd97 @JMtalkingsports @KevinOConnor I shot like 80% on FTs myself in games when I played. If it were me, I’m betting on myself to make the pass to 1 of 2 uncovered guys… ending the game without me maybe choking at the free throw line. What is success rate of that pass for him? 99/100 Unlucky for Duke, man

@pyjamarama81 @KevinOConnor Uncontested 3 with less than 90 seconds left while up 1 is a situation you think they should give him? Interesting take to say the least

LaMelo handling, Kon Knueppel slipping the screen. So hard to defend that shooting gravity and Sixers botch the coverage for Ball to bang a 3

🚨 Microsoft just launched an AI that does your entire job inside the apps you already use. >It’s called Copilot Cowork. > You describe what you want. It reads your emails, your files, your calendar. Makes a plan. Executes it. Across Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint. By itself. While you're at lunch. > 400 million people use Microsoft 365. > The AI that replaces you is already installed on your work laptop. Your company's already paying for it. > ATP, Your boss doesn't need to hire cheaper workers overseas. He doesn't need to "restructure." He just needs to open the app you're both already using > And fire you.💀
Satya Nadella@satyanadella

Announcing Copilot Cowork, a new way to complete tasks and get work done in M365. When you hand off a task to Cowork, it turns your request into a plan and executes it across your apps and files, grounded in your work data and operating within M365’s security and governance boundaries.

@BasedBiohacker I read the whole article. My mom could really use this. However, the pill form you linked to shows two supps: epileon or whatever and pinealon… you only reference pinealOn in the longer read and shorter one. Why?

sparknotes on pinealon for mfs with short attention spans: a tripeptide that slips through cell membranes and directly interacts with your dna; rewriting which genes are expressed in your brain cells the results: - dramatically improved sleep architecture - more REM and deep sleep - waking up sharp after 6 hours - zero brain fog, and a calm focus that compounds over time (due to changes in gene expression) the long game: - neuroprotection - alzheimer's pathology regulation - oxidative stress reduction - genetic modifications that persist weeks to months after you stop dosing. best for: - busy people with poor sleep amount and quality due to stressors in life - people 30+ noticing cognitive decline or poor sleep - people serious about longevity, and anyone whose baseline feels compromised; brain fog, groggy mornings, never feeling fully recovered. works great with oral administration. take it in the morning (my preference). not medical advice. oral (code BASED at checkout): yourprotocol.co/products/pinea… subq: swisschems.is/product/pineal… get on pinealon.

What this fucking dipshit won’t admit is that the only reason he’s having a change of heart is because it affects his beloved Nikola Jokic. This dumb piece of shit was leading the charge demanding Embiid play through a torn meniscus but now that Jokic is playing through injury he sees the light, give me a fucking break

tbf if were comparing "role players" and "fringe players" I'm not sure that tilts it in PHXs favor Garza/Walsh/Hugo/Scheierman are all players who were DNP-CDs basically their entire careers or a rookie etc. Queta was also the 4th big on a minimum and barely played That's a little different than role players who have actual NBA experience like Allen/O'Neale/Goodwin/Williams/Gillespie etc

Joe Mazzulla has been phenomenal this year, but even after losing everyone he did and not having Tatum, he had the shell of a good team left and filled it in. JB Bickerstaff having this kind of run is such a great story and the work he's done in the last two years is terrific, but this was a playoff team last year that made a leap. The Suns were a GODDAMN JOKE and traded *KEVIN DURANT* and are playing role players and guys thought to be fringe and they are eight games over .500 in the WEST and two games out of the 6th spot. Jordan Ott has to be Coach of the Year.

@FieldsSzn69 @theStevenRuiz When the offense was good, his EPA was high. Shocker. He played like shit especially taking sacks and losing fumbles in the playoffs. His EPA was abysmal. Not sure how his outstanding regular season deserving of an MVP with an insane EPA is biting pats fans in the behind now
