Burglars Steal Over $100K in Trading Cards from Northwest Side Chicago Store More than $100,000 worth of Pokémon and collectible football cards were stolen during a burglary at Elite Sports Cards and Comics in Illinois early Monday morning, according to the store’s owner. The break-in happened around 1:54 a.m. when two suspects smashed the front windows and grabbed merchandise. Police said the suspects fled the scene in an unknown vehicle.
