@HPSupport I think you need to do a huge amount of work to simplify this process. People really have bad feelings about HP as a result of printers. It’s not just me.

@hp had an absolutely rotten experience with the DeskJet 2734E. Your set up is so ridiculous and clunky and I am never gonna buy an HP printer ever again.

@HPSupport There were so many steps, it would confound anybody. It seems unbelievably cumbersome, and you’re always waiting for something to happen or some sound to occur. The whole experience leaves you hanging and then frustrated, and then dumbfounded that the printer is off-line.

@hp every time we buy a printer with you guys it takes us a long period of time to set it up or we can’t do it at all. Why is your set up so unbelievably difficult and clunky? I’m currently trying to set some thing up right now. I’m done buying your products.

@SFWFVG He rejected the recall of the School Board, which really upset us. The debacle of turning Lowell into a lottery school was a disaster for my daughter, who was just entering 9th grade that year. For 4 years, we've had to DRIVE 4 times a day 40 min. each way. $$$ Gas! No!
