One observation from today's footage out of Moscow: roughly ~60-70% of the videos I came across were filmed by people speaking Arabic or other Muslim-majority languages. This sits awkwardly with the narrative promoted by many pro-Russian far-right figures in the West, who portray Russia as the last defender of a "white Christian Europe" while claiming that all Western countries are being overrun by migrants from the East and the Muslim world. All of that bullshit about Russia defending 'traditional Christian civilization,' while an outside observer could easily mistake much of today's scenes from Moscow for somewhere like Tehran.

Funniest bizarre writing bit is a character boldly telling you, in the DLC, that you can never know if you're a synth or not because you woke up from a cryo tube with no memories of any life you might've lived before. You can't even correct this. This is just true from then on.

A really weird quirk of this game is that when playing the Institute route there's no evidence whatsoever that the Institute is actually doing this. A sort of bizarre deutercanonical fork where what the Institute's actual plan is retroactively depends on you joining them, or not.
