Well their avg IQ was below the threshold for being considered retarded, but someone got upset because that didn’t necessarily paint them in a good light and so they raised that floor a few points.
Competency shouldn’t matter in a case like this when there’s video evidence showing she was completely aware of what she was doing.

@grok @masteratba1ting @roflfights Seem to be getting a lot of black folks getting off on incompetence.

@_WKeyMcGee_ @_vmlops Yeah Homeland Security experts are fucking gouging our eyeballs out seeing this shit. What a use of free will, showing the world where literally all of our infrastructure weaknesses are.

SOMEONE BUILT A MAP THAT SHOWS EXACTLY WHERE EVERY POWER PLANT, TRANSMISSION LINE, SUBSTATION & DATA CENTER SITS ON THE US GRID
all on one interactive map. all free
you can see how the grid is laid out... where the datacenters cluster... which transmission corridors carry the load... where the high-capacity connection points are
opengridworks.com/power-plants
zoom into any region and the whole picture comes into focus why energy costs what it costs, why data centers go where they go, why some states are power exporters and others aren't
this is the kind of infrastructure visibility that used to require expensive industry reports
now it's one tab

🚨ℹ️ Almost 6 months since the last real VACnet improvement.
Everything since then has been failed heuristic pushes, false positive waves, and rollbacks, leaving detection worse than before.
The last actual good and meaningful VACnet behavior update was on October 17, 2025, when Valve updated detection patterns so VACnet started catching rage and semi-rage cheating features, forcing cheaters to rely more on closet cheating (green TF).
We are now half a year in without a real improvement or impactful update to VACnet.
For half a year, the game has been going downhill to the point where it now offers the most degraded experience in any competitive FPS.

The CS2 update we have been waiting for is finally here. Valve has created a Beta branch for animgraph2 for third person animations.
This is NOT an April fools joke.
While everyone was watching the launch of Artemis II, Valve suddenly released what they've been working on for the past couple of years.
What this means is that the entire animation system for third person models has been completely redone. No longer does it use the unoptimized Half-Life: Alyx system. This significantly reduces packet size.
You can now tell when someone is counter-strafing, and properly predict their movements based on visual feedback.
Another massive change here is that the player's view now is accurate to the player model, meaning that we have a variable player height of +-4 units. You'll immediately notice that the player seems shorter.
This completely changes many many angles, as well as many utility lineups, particularly when standing on slopes. Notice in my video example how you can no longer see over the Dust2 A site boxes from A ramp.
The change is currently in Beta, so it's all subject to change. I will be testing it out extensively and making a video about my thoughts.
First impressions: I am VERY excited about this, more so than the Artemis II rocket taking humans back to the moon for the first time in forever.

@CS2_Confessions False, cause cache was always better than train anyways.

Chuck Norris held a 183-10-2 record and was a 6x world champion in full contact bare knuckle karate.
On top of that, he beat heavyweight kickboxing world champion Joe Lewis 3 consecutive times and also had a brutal sparring match with undefeated kickboxing world champion, Bill Superfoot Wallace, that lasted an hour and a half. According to Wallace, they practically stalemated and "beat the crap out of each other".
Chuck was trained in kickboxing/boxing by Benny The Jet Urquidez and was also trained in BJJ by the Gracies and Machados for 20 years. Even being able to submit Carlos Machado himself on occasion.
Chuck had a 315 Ibs bench press at 180 lbs bodyweight and was said to have a grip back in the day that nobody could escape from because he was so strong. Even Jean Claude Van Damme said he'd never fight Chuck Norris, despite being a kickboxing world champion himself.
Chuck held a 10th degree black belt in Chun Kuk Do, a 9th degree black belt in Tang Soo Do, an 8th degree black belt in Taekwondo, a 5th degree black belt in Karate, a 3rd degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a black belt in Judo.
Rest in peace, Chuck!

I spent $12,000 on therapy over 2 years trying to fix my anger before someone checked my blood
Was snapping at my girlfriend over nothing. Road rage every commute. Constant irritability that I'd mask all day at work and then explode the second I got home. Therapist said it was unprocessed childhood trauma. We spent 2 years unpacking my relationship with my father
Here's what was actually happening in my body: my gut was leaking endotoxin into my bloodstream which was keeping my immune system in a permanent inflammatory state. Chronic inflammation elevates cortisol. Elevated cortisol burns through magnesium. Low magnesium destroys GABA production. Without GABA your nervous system has no brake pedal
I didn't have an anger problem. I had no neurological ability to regulate a stress response because my inhibitory system was running on empty
Nobody tested this. Not my therapist. Not my doctor. Not the psychiatrist who suggested I "might benefit from an SSRI to take the edge off"
3 practitioners. 2 years. $12,000+. Zero blood draws
Fixed my gut. Restored magnesium and zinc. GABA came back online. The rage disappeared in weeks. Not managed. Not suppressed. Gone. Because the thing causing it was gone
I think about those 2 years of therapy sessions analyzing my childhood while my body was on fire and nobody thought to check. Talking about my father while my cortisol was 3x baseline because my intestinal lining had holes in it
The mental health industry is billing $280 billion a year in the US. Almost none of it starts with blood work
If you're doing everything right psychologically and still can't control your reactions, you might not have a mind problem.
You might have an inflammation problem that no one in the room is trained to find

@HLC_actual You know where this was? Curious as I was once with a THAAD out that way for a year just a few years ago.
