Fresh from moving to vacate the DOJ’s own criminal convictions of Proud Boys and Oath Keepers for seditious conspiracy, Todd Blanche and Kash Patel have now criminally indicted the Southern Poverty Law Center for infiltrating extremist groups with paid informants—exactly what the FBI does! There seems to be zero legitimacy to the charges. This is vindictive prosecution of a civil rights group for opposing the violent white nationalists Trump pardons and pampers.

Wow. Vivek has blown through $20M—including millions on TV—with nothing to show for it as Ohioans continue to reject his scams. Now in full panic mode, he’s about to burn through a lot more. We won’t be bought.

Wow! @VivekGRamaswamy just dropped $25 million into his own race. That’s not just commitment—that’s belief in a vision and a willingness to invest in it. 🙏🏻 foxnews.com/politics/ramas…

🚨BREAKING: The U.S. Department of Justice told a federal court Tuesday that it does not intend to use sensitive voter data it collects to remove people from voter rolls — even as its own agreements with states suggest otherwise. democracydocket.com/news-alerts/tr…

OPINION: Imagine it was someone other than President Donald Trump. Suppose a different leader were posting deranged rants in the small hours, insulting the spiritual leader of 1.3 billion Catholics, threatening entire civilizations with annihilation, and comparing himself to God. What would be the reaction? MORE: trib.al/8NOOXa6

ICYMI: Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche has admitted the DOJ excluded images showing “death, physical abuse, or injury” from today’s Epstein files release. Let that sink in. The government is acknowledging graphic evidence exists and chose to withhold it, while redacting names tied to Jeffrey Epstein and his powerful associates, including Donald Trump. Yet, nothing has happened for months now.

So, redistricting was GREAT for Texas. And it's going to be GREAT for Florida. But it's BAD in Virginia? Is that how this works, MAGA? I know you're not the sharpest tools in the drawer, but you're reaping what you've sown. Womp womp.

Unlike Texas, Virginia and California did this with the consent of the people. Republicans wanted this fight. They got it.

Texas redistricts without a vote, Republicans cheer. Dems in Virginia respond by putting it UP FOR A VOTE OF THE PEOPLE, it passes, Republican cry foul. Oh well. Good job Virginia!!

You may be confused. It was the *House GOP* who refused to sign onto a bipartisan Senate agreement to fund DHS minus ICE/CBP. It was the *Senate GOP* who refused to pass funding for DHS over and over and over again. The GOP owns this shutdown.
Senate Republicans@SenateGOP

Senate Democrats walked away from a bipartisan bill to fund DHS. They demanded “reforms” that would end immigration enforcement altogether. Now, we’re going to fund ICE and CBP for years to come and Senator Schumer gets nothing from his DHS shutdown.

Jeffries on Kash Patel: "We have to stop putting all the blame on the people who nominated this incompetent, toxic, malignant individual. What about the people who confirmed him? It's extraordinary to me that Senate Republican confirmed people like Noem, Bondi, Hegseth, RFK Jr, and Patel."
